Physical risk assessment
Classic under the German Occupational Safety Act: physical strain at the workplace, noise, climate, hazardous substances, lifting and carrying. We come on site.
We do not build an off-the-shelf WHM. Instead we look at your company, listen to what already works, and propose what could sensibly be added. With mobile equipment we come to you for examinations and site visits. From mid-sized companies to the production floor.
Screenings are one-off examinations. Fitness assessments decide about an activity. Workplace Health Management is different: an ongoing process in which we systematically promote the health of your staff together with you.
That can be an annual site visit, a workshop on display screen ergonomics, counselling for your leadership team on return-to-work conversations, or a complete psychological risk assessment. What makes sense depends on the company.
We bring mobile equipment along. Site visits, counselling and some examinations are carried out directly at your premises. That saves travel and makes the reality visible.
Classic under the German Occupational Safety Act: physical strain at the workplace, noise, climate, hazardous substances, lifting and carrying. We come on site.
Mandatory since 2013, often neglected. We capture psychological strain in a structured way and propose concrete measures.
Sitting posture, screen positioning, lighting, movement space. We walk through the offices or workshops and document findings.
Topics: display screen ergonomics, stress management, sleep hygiene, healthy nutrition at work. In-house or at our practice.
How do I conduct a return-to-work conversation after illness? How do I address behavioural change? Practical counselling instead of theory.
On request: counselling on dealing with alcohol, medication, bullying. Discreet and in coordination with management.
Entire workforces vaccinated, examined or counselled at your site on one day. Logistics planned by us.
The initial consultation is free. Only after the concept proposal do you decide whether we work together.
On site or by phone. We listen to what is happening in the company.
We come to the company, see workplaces and, if desired, speak with staff.
In writing, with clear building blocks, priorities and effort. You decide what to implement.
Workshops, site visits and counselling at the agreed cadence. We stay in contact and adjust the concept continuously.
You have no dedicated health department but the ambition for structured support. We build a WHM with you that grows over time.
Physical hazards, physical strain, often also shift work. We bring experience and discuss noise, lifting and climate topics directly on site.
Display screen work, lack of movement, psychological strain due to workload. We focus on ergonomics and psychological health.
It depends on the scope. We work modularly: the initial consultation is free, site visits and workshops are billed per day or as a flat rate per module. After the concept proposal you receive a clear cost overview and then decide.
Yes. The German Occupational Safety Act has required consideration of psychological strain since 2013 (§ 5 ArbSchG). In practice this is often overlooked — we help to catch up or take it on in a structured way for the first time.
Yes, that is possible. It does not have to be a full concept right away. If you need an ergonomics workshop for your office, for example, we do that as a one-off appointment too.
Some occupational health promotion modules are subsidised by health insurers. Some pay directly, others reimburse. We help you figure out what can be submitted where.
At least once a year, more often in workshop and production environments. We discuss the right rhythm in the concept and get in touch in good time before the next appointment.
From our practice philosophy„Good occupational medicine does not arise from a checklist. It arises from the conversation between management, staff and practice team that builds trust over years. That is not something you buy. It grows."
The initial consultation is free. We listen to what is on your agenda and consider together whether and where we can sensibly support.
